Privacy Policy

Affiliate disclosure. musebox.org is an independent affiliate website. We are not the official Musebox AI website. When you click an outbound link and complete a purchase or signup, we may earn a commission. This does not change anything for you and we only recommend services we consider relevant.

We take your privacy seriously. This page explains what data is collected on musebox.org, what we do with it, and the rights you have under the GDPR and similar regulations.

1. Data we collect

As a content site, our data collection is minimal:

  • Contact form — name, email and message that you voluntarily submit. Used only to reply to your inquiry.
  • Server logs — IP, user agent, referrer, requested URL, kept for security and abuse prevention. Retained no longer than necessary.
  • Affiliate click tracking — when you click an outbound affiliate link, the destination platform may set its own tracking identifier to credit a referral. We do not store any of this on our side.

2. How we use your data

  • To answer messages submitted through the contact form.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the editorial content based on aggregate, anonymous traffic patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Third parties

When you click an outbound affiliate link, you leave musebox.org and become subject to the privacy policy of the destination service (Musebox AI or its partners). We have no control over their data practices and encourage you to review their privacy policy directly.

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. and may be transmitted through standard CDN providers. They process technical request data (IP, headers) under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies

musebox.org does not set advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Some functional storage may be used by your browser (font caching, preferences). You can clear or block these at any time from your browser settings.

5. Security

We use HTTPS by default and apply standard security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options, etc.) to protect transmissions. No transmission method is 100% secure, but we make best efforts to protect data we hold.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and similar regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect changes in practices or regulations. The latest version is always available at this URL.
